Callie's Cookies

¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup Heath bits
1 cup White Chocolate chips


Cream together butter and sugars. Gradually add eggs and vanilla. Combine baking soda, flour, and salt. Stir in wet mixture. Stir in toffee bits and chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

OATMEAL BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES

½ cup butter
½ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups flour (plus a little)
2 cups quick oats (plus a little)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butterscotch chips


Beat together shortening and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, and salt. Slowly add oatmeal. Stir in chips. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Snickerdoodles

1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup margarine
½ cup shortening
2 eggs
2 ¾ cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp cinnamon


Mix sugar, butter, eggs, and shortening. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Shape dough into balls and roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes and remove immediately from cookie sheet.

Cake Mix Cookies

1 box cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1/8 c. water
1 egg


Mix together. Bake 375 8-10 minutes.

Favorites: Rainbow Chip, Cherry Chip, Choco with sprinkled powdered sugar on top.

CHEWY SUGAR COOKIES

3 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ Tbsp vanilla


Cream wet ingredients. Mix dry. Combine. Roll out thick on floured board
With wax paper. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400 for 5-8 minutes. Remove feom oven when you see any hint of brown.

*These are supposed to be thick and chewy...YUMMY!

No Bake Cookies

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 TSB coco
3 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix sugar, milk, margarine, and coco in pot. Bring slowly to a boil and boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or foil. Let dry.
